How It Works

At Verano, every project follows the same 4-step process. It's structured so there are no gray areas, no misunderstandings and no bad surprises. You know exactly what's going to happen, when it's going to happen, and how much it's going to cost.

Step 1

Free Consultation

We come to your property to see the terrain. We take measurements, review the certificate of location, and discuss your vision. This is also when we identify terrain constraints: slopes, drainage, roots, machinery access.

After the visit, we prepare a detailed quote with a fixed price. No hidden fees. If the project works for you, we move to the next step. If not, there's no obligation.

Duration: 45 minutes to 1 hour on site.
Cost: Free, no obligation.

Step 2

Design Phase

We design a detailed landscaping plan based on your certificate of location. The plan takes into account available space, sun exposure, natural drainage, access and your goals.

You receive the plan for approval before we touch anything. If adjustments are needed, we make them. We don't start work until you're happy with the design.

Duration: 1 to 2 weeks depending on complexity.

Step 3

Construction

The Verano team gets to work. Pierre-Michel is on site to coordinate and supervise. We follow the approved plan, respect the established schedule and treat your property with care.

If something unexpected comes up along the way (a soil issue, a rock, a drain we couldn't see before excavation), we tell you immediately. We don't add anything to the invoice without your agreement.

Duration: Varies by project. A paver driveway takes 3 to 5 days. A full turnkey project can take 2 to 6 weeks.

Step 4

Delivery and Inspection

Once the work is complete, we do a final inspection together. We review every detail, every surface, every finish. If something doesn't meet your expectations, we fix it before leaving.

We don't consider a project complete until you're fully satisfied. This is also when we give you maintenance recommendations to keep your landscaping in great shape for as long as possible.
